Jay Nadeau learned the trade from his father, who learned it from his grandfather. The craft was passed down directly — not through a curriculum, but through years of working alongside the people who built it into their lives.
That lineage is the foundation of Maison Tile Co. The standard isn't a marketing position. It's the way the work was always done in this family — correctly, completely, and with accountability to the people who depend on it.
Jay has been in the industry since 2001, working across installation, natural stone, mosaics, architectural surfaces, material performance, and design — through Maison Surface and Maison Mosaics before founding Maison Tile Co.

As a United States Marine Corps veteran, I believe in preparation, teamwork, responsibility and finishing what you commit to. Those principles have guided me throughout my career, and they are built into the standard of Maison Tile. In the Marines, I learned that the details matter, that the work is bigger than any one of us, and that excellence is a choice made every day. Today, I bring that same mindset to every project, every team member, and every client we serve. United States Marine Corps Veteran. Discipline. Leadership. Teamwork. Mission Focus. Results. Preparation
Every project begins before mobilization. Plans are reviewed, substrates are evaluated, materials are verified, and the scope is understood before a single tile is set.

Craftsmanship
The work is done correctly. Not approximately. Not close enough. The assembly beneath the finish is built to perform, and the finish reflects that.

Accountability
We own the schedule we accept. We own the scope we commit to. When conditions change, we communicate early and coordinate with the team.

Teamwork
Tile installation is a trade that depends on coordination — with the GC, the architect, the owner, and the other trades on site. We show up as a reliable part of that team.

Knowledge Sharing
The craft was passed down to us. We pass it forward — through training, through documentation, and through the standard we hold on every project.
