Three Generations. One Craft.
A Return to the Trade.
The craft was passed down — grandfather to father, father to the next generation. Maison Tile Co was built on that foundation.
The Foundation
Built on What Was Passed Down.
The craft was passed down — grandfather to father, father to the next generation. Not as a trade school curriculum or a certification program, but as a direct transfer of knowledge: how to read a substrate, how to plan a layout, how to understand what the tile is sitting on and what it will be asked to do.
Maison Tile Co was built on that foundation. A commitment to doing the work correctly, understanding the assembly beneath the finish, and honoring every schedule we accept.
We are a veteran-led company. The discipline, accountability, and attention to documentation that define our work reflect both the trade and the service that preceded it.

How We Work
The Standard Is the Work.
01
Understand the Scope
Every project begins with a thorough review of plans, specifications, and site conditions. We don't mobilize until we understand what the work requires.
02
Honor the Schedule
We accept schedules we can meet. When conditions change, we communicate early and coordinate with the team to protect the project timeline.
03
Execute the Work Correctly
Correct installation is not a differentiator — it is the baseline. Every assembly is built to perform, documented, and inspected before closeout.
04
Document Everything
Field conditions, substrate approvals, material verifications, RFIs, and inspection records are maintained throughout the project and delivered at closeout.
Veteran-Led
Service Before the Trade.
Maison Tile Co is veteran-led. The values that define our work — accountability, precision, documentation, and follow-through — were shaped by service before they were applied to the trade.
The Founder
Jay Nadeau — Third Generation. USMC Veteran.
The standard isn't a marketing position. It's the way the work was always done in this family.
Work With a Team That Understands the Assembly.
Send us the scope. We'll review the project and respond with what you need.
